16 years as a construction worker. Placed all types of sewer, water, and drainage systems from 18 inches to thirty feet deep.
Management
Trained as an estimator to bid and manage dry utility work including joint electric trench with telephone and cable TV. Gained experience in aerial utilities and fiber optic, copper cable, and coaxial systems. Add grading, paving, and earthwork to that. Ended as the General Manager of an underground division.
Claims Consulting
20 years working on all types of claims in civil and vertical construction from bridges to Las Vegas Casinos to large public projects. Many, many claims involved utility issues. Assistance in mediations and for counsel in legal actions. Testifying expert.
